Kya wilayat faqih imam khomeni ki ijad hai is bare main ham ne ye bat kahi thi ke wilayate faqih ko imam khomeni ne pesh nahi kiya balke imam khomeni ne use amali jama pehnaya hai aur practical wilayat ke nizam ko nafiz kar ke dikhaya hai warna unse pehle sabhi ulama faqih ki wilayat ko mante hain blke koi aalim  aisa nahi hai jo faqih ki wilayat se inkar kar sake. Ulama ke darmyan is hawale se agar behas ya ikhtelaf hai to is main hai ki faqih ke ikhtiyar ka dayra kitna hai ya ye ki faqih ki wilayat hadison se sabit hoti hai ya nahi? Warna sab is bat ko mante hain ke imam masoom ki ghebat ke zamane main faqih ke alawa kisi ko wilayat ka haq nahi hai.

Ab ham mazid kuch ulama ke bayanat pesh Karenge taki hamari bat kisi had tak aur wazeh ho sake:

Sayed mohd Aale behrul uloom(1326 h)wilayate faqih ki taeed main likhte hain:  islami hukumat aur nizam ka ikhtiyar aur zimmedari masoom imam par hai aur log apne masael ke liye unke pas aate hain.jis tarha har society main aam log apne masael ke hal ke liye kuch khas afrad ke pas jate hain islamni nzam main ye zimmedari imam par dali gay hai aur is se islami nizam hamesha mazboot rahega.jab tak imam hazir hain tab tak wo khud nizam sanbhalenge lekin unki ghebat main kon ye zimmedari sanbhalega. Khud imamon ka farz hai ke wo apna naeb moayyan kar ke jaen aur masoom ki taraf se jis ko ye zimmedari sonpi gay hai wo sirf faqih hain jaisa ke baz hadison main wazeh kiya gaya hai….(balaghatul faqih.vol-3 page-232-233)

I write a comment each time I especially enjoy a post on a site or if I have something
